As the 13th Malaysia General Election (XIII GE) draws near, it is very appropriate for me to run my thoughts on the states that are Pakatan-ruled, starting with Selangor.
It has been reported recently that the state’s Menteri Besar, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim will call for a dissolution of the state legislative assembly after the Chap Goh Meh celebration, probably making Selangor the first peninsular state and the second after Sarawak to hold the DUN elections. If he goes ahead with his plan, will it be held concurrently with or before the dissolution of Parliament?
The water issue remains THE (‘duh’) problem plaguing Selangor. With the accusations being hurled at each other, it is better off to solve the problem quickly. Another issue is the Port Klang Free Trade Zone.
If Barisan regains Selangor, the first thing that they will do is to build a mosque in Cyberjaya. It is obvious that Cyberjaya is indeed in dire need of a mosque. There should be also a Muslim cemetery as there are empty spaces available.
So, what do you think? Will PM Dato’ Seri Najib as the Selangor BN chairman really create a Blue Wave? We shall (NOT We will) wait and see for ourselves….
